Lead Pastor Vision Trips | Invitation from Mark Dean
Minnesota is moving forward in Missions! I invite and encourage each Lead Pastor to participate in one of our Vision Trips planned for 2019. This year we have three unique trips planned:
1. Nepal/Northern India ($1,000)
• October 7-15 (7 days in Kathmandu, Nepal and Delhi, India, plus travel time) • Partnership with Priority One & missionary Sam Johnson
Nepal recently passed laws against evangelism, but the church is moving forward. You’ll see firsthand what God is doing in Kathmandu, Nepal, and then fly to Delhi, India. India has 1/3 of all the unreached people groups in the world, and northern India is by far the most unreached part of India. Priority One is helping provide resources to raise up missionaries from within the country.
2. Burkina Faso ($1,000)
• November 13-21 (4 days in Africa, 2 days in Paris, France, plus travel time)
• Partnership with the ministry of John Easter and Africa’s Hope.
John is a strategic thinker who is raising up leaders and pastors in Africa. The Burkina Faso church is nearly 100 years old and is already one of the leading African sending nations. They are begging for help to equip the next generation of pastors, church planters, and missionaries. Minnesota gets to be part of the solution by providing training resources in their heart language.
3. Havana, Cuba ($500)
• December 2-5 (1 day in Miami, FL and 3 days in Havana, Cuba)
• Partnership with Global University & Tom Greene.
You will see some of the amazing things God is doing in Cuba and the role Global University has in this revival. You will meet Cuban leaders, pastors, and those who are preparing for ministry. There will be an orientation in Miami; then you’ll fly into Havana, Cuba.
Through these ministry partnerships, the cost for these trips are offered at a significantly reduced price to MN Lead Pastors. The first two trip costs do not even cover airfare. In return, we ask churches to make a $10,000 missions pledge to be paid over the next calendar year of 2020. The trip cost to Cuba will cover your flight to/from Miami. In return, we ask churches to make a $5,000 missions pledge to Global University to be paid during 2020.
