Our Mission
We are committed to raising up a generation of girls who know Jesus, are deeply rooted in the truth of His Word, are confident in their identity, are empowered by the Holy Spirit and are committed to the calling God has placed on their lives.
Our Structure
We encourage this at the local church level through small group formats led by mature Christian women. Small groups offer a safe place for girls to share their heart and receive Godly wisdom and guidance and also provide a platform for building mentorship relationships.
Our Strategy
- We assist church leaders in selecting and and utilizing resources that best support their individual church culture.
- We connect and engage with leaders on media platforms to encourage and share ideas and information.
- We provide a fun, engaging camp-out experience annually for leaders to further connect with their girls and challenge their growth.
- We empower women through a leadership retreat to grow in their own walk with Christ to disciple girls.
- We train and guide leaders to help them succeed in moving girls toward a deeper relationship with Jesus.

Sara Wille
Sara grew up in the Bemidji area and married her high school sweetheart, Todd Wille. After completing her degree in physical therapy, Sara and Todd returned to Bemidji to raise their 2 children, Stephanie and Michael. Over the years, God has walked them through many ministry doors. Sara and Todd were appointed Directors for the Minnesota Girls and Royal Ranger Ministries in 2018, and completed the requirements to be licensed ministers in 2023. Their passion is to see students grow in their faith through strong, healthy discipleship in the local church.

Sherrie Veer
Sherrie has a passion for discipling teens and has taught teenage girls for 22 years. During that time, she has incorporated the Friends materials in her teaching, began a prayer partner program for girls with mature ladies in the church, and mentored young girls in their walk with Jesus. Helping develop the Teen Discipleship events has been her newest passion.
Family is important to Sherrie as she has been married for 36 years, is a mother of 7 girls and 1 boy and has 5 beautiful grandchildren. If you have any questions about working with teens or getting a program started, feel free to contact her.
