Our Mission

We are committed to raising up a generation of girls who know Jesus, are deeply rooted in the truth of His Word, are confident in their identity, are empowered by the Holy Spirit and are committed to the calling God has placed on their lives.

Our Structure

We encourage this at the local church level through small group formats led by mature Christian women. Small groups offer a safe place for girls to share their heart and receive Godly wisdom and guidance and also provide a platform for building mentorship relationships.

Our Strategy

• We assist church leaders in selecting and and utilizing resources that best support their individual church culture.
• We connect and engage with leaders on media platforms to encourage and share ideas and information.
• We provide a fun, engaging camp-out experience annually for leaders to further connect with their girls and challenge their growth.
• We empower women through a leadership retreat to grow in their own walk with Christ to disciple girls.
• We train and guide leaders to help them succeed in moving girls toward a deeper relationship with Jesus.
