I further agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Minnesota District Council of the Assemblies of God and any office thereof from any and all claims or causes of action which may result from my willful violation of the above listed policies, and against all expenses, including attorney's fees, incurred in connection therewith.

Disclaimer Statement

I, understanding the legal liability that ministers assume for any wrong done to parishioners, counselees, or adherents by the sexual misbehavior of their ministers, freely give the following assurances to the Presbytery Board of the Minnesota District Council of the Assemblies of God.
